Someone I have been working closely with at corporate has been begging me to make a treat for the office.
I told her if she hit her goals for the week I would make something special and she crushed it !

Jokes on you because the main ingredient was chickpeas !!!! Yep, and you all thought you were eating regular cookies.
Now swap these out and eat them instead when you're having a cookie craving.
Chickpeas are a complex carbohydrate, dense in plant based protein and fiber, as well as gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and vegan!
