With a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati, I began my career in the hospital setting, witnessing firsthand the devastating effects of chronic disease on individuals. It was shocking to see how many of these diseases were preventable and reversible with proper nutrition education and lifestyle choices. Since then, I've dedicated myself to empowering others to make positive changes to their health and wellness.

In a world where we often prioritize work over our own health, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate the confusing landscape of wellness. That's where I come in. As your personal coach, I provide the tools and support you need to begin your journey towards a healthier life.
