Stress is a fact of life and unfortunately, there is no escaping it. Many people cope with stress in ways that compound the problem. There are healthy routes to manage and cope with stress but they do require change. Through developing emotional resiliency individuals can bounce back to their normal emotional states regardless of stressful events and pressure. This workshop will teach resiliency techniques to enhance work-styles as well as managing other day to day life events.



About Kelsey:

As a counselor, coach and training professional, Kelsey presents educational programs for various healthcare organizations as well as numerous private companies and Employee Assistance Programs. She specializes in facilitating individual coaching for individuals navigating through the Elder-care maze. She also provides coaching for leaders and teams to support their cohesiveness and development. She has a B.A. from Kent State University in Individual and Family Studies, is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified 2 Young 2 Retire facilitator. Kelsey is the President of Eldercare Professionals of Ohio; LLC a Geriatric Care Management Company focused primarily on professional development opportunities in the field of health-care. She has established hundreds of business to business relationships through the award winning networking division. Since 1998, Kelsey has been an active member of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association. She is currently the co-chair of the Work Life Committee and the chairperson of the Website Committee. Kelsey also is an active member of the Conference Planning Committee for the Cuyahoga County Conference on Aging and also supports the Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County.
